The couple’s Mediterranean on 4 acres is on the market at $14.8 million. It has six bedrooms and 7 1/2 bathrooms in 10,500 square feet. The two-story entry features limestone floors, a large skylight and a wrap-around staircase. The master suite has his and her bathrooms; the “his” bathroom is, somewhat oddly, open and connected to a state-of-the-art gym. The pool area is pretty spectacular, as is the kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances.
McGraw has sold 40 million albums and singles worldwide and won three Grammys. McGraw and Hill, both 40, ended their two-year Soul2Soul Tour in 2007, grossing $142 million; more than 2 million fans attended 117 shows in 92 cities.
He appeared in the lead role in the 2006 film “Flicka” after making his acting debut in the critically acclaimed TV show “Friday Night Lights.” He has a supporting role in the upcoming holiday release “Four Christmases.”
The beautiful Hill, a country star in her own right, has sold over 20 million records and played Sarah Sunderson in the 2004 movie “The Stepford Wives.”
Marisa Zanuck of Keller Williams Realty, Beverly Hills, has the listing.
